Announcement

Those of us who were fortunate enough to know and work with Shelly Floyd, mourn his recent passing. Shelly was the first Assistant Director/Principal of the Brown School. He worked so closely with Martha Ellison as an amazing team to begin a totally new school from scratch in 1972 until our move to First Street.  We missed him then when he went on from Brown to be a Principal in JCPS.  We will always remember him dearly for his calm and easy going disciplinary form as he personally looked for the best in us all.
