Meetings are held the third Thursday of every month at 6:30 PM, except for when that falls around a holiday. Meetings are held in the main office conference room at the Brown School unless otherwise indicated.

Alumni Association Archives
The JGBS Archives was established in 2014, as an effort to preserve records of the Brown School history in print, photos, video, school records, and work of students, for staff, parents and Alumni.
Donation items are welcome for the Archives. Items should designate a time period or event in the history of the Brown.
Sharing your time is also welcomed for keeping the archives updated and accessible to all interested persons. To volunteer an hour or more, please leave a message for the Alumni Association by post mail, email or phone call to the school with your contact information. An alumni will work with you to help you choose a task of your choice and time to fit your schedule.
At present, former teacher Jamie McMillin, is available in the archives on Wednesdays when school is in session from 10am to 2pm. Request more information by contacting Alumni President Cassye Ghoston at: firstname.lastname@example.org; or Jamie at: email@example.com.
